Selling to medical groups with professional discipline
Healthcare does not tolerate exaggeration. We reach the administrative, operational and procurement side of medical facilities, make no medical claims, and never go near patient data.
- No medical claims and no clinical promises
- No handling of patient data whatsoever
- Reaching administration and procurement rather than clinicians directly
What is distinctive about selling here
A medical facility is not a single buyer. The medical director cares about the effect on care quality, the operations manager about efficiency and waiting times, procurement about cost and supply, and the owner about return. Reaching only one of them means a deal that stalls at the first review.
There is also sensitivity in how outreach happens. Clinicians are busy and receive an enormous volume of pitches, and calling them directly during clinical hours damages our client’s reputation more than it helps. We direct outreach to the administrative side, which has both the time and the authority.
We are equally disciplined about content. We never describe a client’s product as treating, diagnosing or improving patient outcomes unless that is backed by documentation the client provides and stands behind. That protects our client before it protects us.
The signals we track in this sector
The signal is the reason to call. These specific events are what we look for in this sector before any outreach.
- Opening new branches or expanding capacity
- Hiring new administrative or operational roles in the group
- The facility pursuing a quality accreditation
- Digital transformation investment inside the facility
- A change in procurement or operations leadership
- Announced partnerships with insurers or service providers
Who makes the decision
The decision in this sector is not made by one person. These are the roles we identify at each account, and what each of them actually cares about.
| Role | What they care about |
|---|---|
| Medical Director | The effect on care quality and clinical staff acceptance |
| Operations Director | Efficiency, waiting times, and ease of rollout without disruption |
| Procurement Manager | Cost, supply terms, and the supplier’s track record |
| Group Owner / CEO | Return and whether it can roll out across every branch |
What a campaign in this sector involves
Targeting groups rather than single clinics
A multi-branch group justifies a longer sales cycle; a single clinic usually does not.
Outreach through the administrative channel
We reach administration, operations and procurement, and never interrupt clinical staff during care hours.
Strict review of every claim
Every sentence in outreach is checked against what our client can genuinely evidence.
Building more than one contact point
The decision is shared, so relying on one person means losing the deal if they leave or get busy.
Qualification notes specific to this sector
The general qualification criteria are customised per sector. These are the differences we apply here.
- We do not qualify an account on a conversation with a clinician who holds no purchasing authority, however interested they are.
- Branch count and capacity are sharper size indicators than employee numbers.
- We exclude facilities in restructuring or ownership change, because purchasing decisions freeze there.
- Any claim touching patient outcomes leaves the outreach copy unless the client supplies documentation for it.

Appointment Setting in Saudi Arabia
We do not sell you a list of names. We look for the companies with a genuine reason to buy now, reach the person actually responsible for the decision, and book the meeting into your team calendar. You pay only for the qualified meeting.

Buying a contact list is easy and cheap. The problem is that your sales team then burns weeks calling companies that do not match your profile and have neither a need nor a budget. We start from the other end: we qualify first, then hand over.

The difference between sales outsourcing and renting staff is who owns the process. Here the process, the supervision, the KPIs and the reporting are part of the service, not something you bolt on afterwards.

Do you handle patient data?
No, never. Our work is strictly at company and administrative decision-maker level using publicly available business information. We do not request, receive or process patient data under any circumstances.
Do you target physicians directly?
Rarely and with guardrails. The default is to reach the administrative and operational side. Where the decision genuinely sits with a physician holding an administrative post such as medical director, we reach them in that capacity and at appropriate times.
Our product is a medical device. Are there extra limits?
Yes. We state no indication, use or performance for the device beyond what matches the approved documentation you supply. Any regulatory question from a prospect is passed straight to you and never answered on our side.
