Appointment Setting in Saudi Arabia

Turn Your Target Market Into Qualified Sales Meetings

We do not sell you a list of names. We look for the companies with a genuine reason to buy now, reach the person actually responsible for the decision, and book the meeting into your team calendar. You pay only for the qualified meeting.

  • Qualification criteria agreed in writing before the first call
  • You pay for the qualified meeting, not for activity
  • From 400 SAR per qualified appointment
Overview

The problem is not a shortage of companies, it is a shortage of reasons

The Saudi market is full of companies. Any data vendor can hand you thousands of names within an hour. But your sales team is not short of names, it is losing time on companies with no reason to buy now.

When an appointment-setting team is measured on calls made or meetings booked alone, weak meetings are the predictable result: the wrong person, a company with no budget, or curiosity with no intent. Your sales team then stops taking the meetings seriously, and the whole process collapses.

We change the unit of measurement. Our unit is the qualified meeting: a meeting with a company that matches your ideal customer profile, with someone genuinely involved in the decision, and for a reason that makes the timing make sense. That definition is written and signed before the campaign starts, and is not changed afterwards by one side.

What makes a meeting qualified?

Nine questions that must be answered before we treat an opportunity as a qualified meeting. These criteria are customised with you and signed off in writing before the campaign runs.

FIT

Does the company match our client’s ideal customer profile?

SIZE

Does its commercial profile justify pursuing it?

NEED

Is there a business problem our client’s solution can address?

DECISION-MAKER

Have we identified someone relevant to the purchasing decision?

SIGNAL

Is there evidence of growth, expansion, a project, hiring, technology adoption or another relevant business event?

INTENT

Is there a credible reason to believe the company may need the solution?

TIMING

Why would this company consider the solution now?

COMMERCIAL POTENTIAL

Is there enough potential value to justify the sales effort?

EXCLUSION RULES

Is the company a competitor, in an irrelevant industry, a duplicate, an inactive business, or otherwise outside the campaign criteria?

Who is this service for?

Qualified appointment setting suits B2B companies with a consultative sales cycle and a deal value that justifies the sales effort.

How it works

How the Diamond Package works

Four clear stages, ending in payment for the result rather than for the attempt.

  1. 01

    Define the goal

We understand your target market and sales objectives, and agree the qualified meeting (SQL) criteria in writing before any outreach.

  2. 02

    Execute the campaign

Our team reaches the relevant prospects in Saudi Arabia and the GCC through the agreed channels, and follows up consistently.

  3. 03

    Book qualified appointments

We qualify the opportunity against the criteria and book the meeting into your team calendar with a written account brief.

  4. 04

    Pay based on qualified results

You pay only for meetings that met the criteria. Anything that does not meet them is not counted and not charged.

Why 4LeadGen

Why this differs from traditional appointment setting

The unit is the qualified meeting

We are not measured on calls made or hours worked. You pay for a meeting that met agreed criteria, which puts our interest and yours on the same side.

The definition is written up front

Industry, company size, geography, decision-maker role, need, interest level and exclusion rules: all set out in writing before the first call.

An Arabic-speaking team that knows the market

The call happens in the market’s own language and register. No literal translation of an English script, and no register foreign to Saudi business.

An exclusion list that protects your relationships

Your existing customers, accounts already in negotiation and any company you ask us to exclude go on a list outreach never touches.

Periodic criteria review

If the first meetings show the criteria are too narrow or too wide, we adjust them with you in writing rather than keep running a campaign that does not serve you.

A written brief before every meeting

Your rep walks into the meeting knowing the company, the person, the reason for interest and what was said on the introductory call.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a qualified meeting and an ordinary one?

An ordinary meeting is one somebody agreed to attend. A qualified meeting is with a company that matches your ideal customer profile, with a person genuinely involved in the decision, and for a reason that makes the timing make sense. The difference is set out in written criteria, and counting and payment are based on them.

Who decides a meeting is qualified?

The written criteria decide, not us and not you. If you believe a meeting missed the criteria, the case is reviewed against the agreed text. That is exactly why we insist on writing the definition before work starts rather than agreeing verbally.

Is the price the same for every appointment?

Pricing starts from 400 SAR per qualified appointment, and the final figure depends on how hard the target segment is to reach. Reaching a manager at a mid-sized company is not the same as reaching an executive at a large enterprise, and it would not be honest to price them identically.

What if the prospect does not show up?

We confirm every appointment through at least two channels beforehand to reduce no-shows. The rescheduling or replacement policy is set out in the qualification agreement before work starts. We deliberately avoid verbal promises here, because this is the point most often disputed later.

What language are the calls in?

In Arabic with the Saudi and Gulf market, and in English where needed. Our team is Arabic-speaking and trained on business context in the Kingdom, and we do not use literally translated scripts because they are spotted within seconds.

How long before the first meeting?

Agreeing the criteria and building the account list usually takes the first week. Outreach starts after that, and the first qualified meetings typically appear within the following two weeks depending on how hard the target segment is.

Do you work with our CRM?

Yes. Opportunities, notes and sales stages can be updated directly in your system within the agreed scope, or handed over in a recurring report if you prefer not to grant external access.
