Remote Workforce

A full team working for you from Jordan, with daily supervision instead of promises

We hire the team, provide the office, equipment and connectivity, and track attendance and performance daily. You get the output of an in-house team without the cost of building one inside Saudi Arabia.

  • Office, equipment and backup connectivity on us
  • Attendance tracking and daily productivity reporting
  • Grow or shrink the team month by month
Overview

Remote work when it is actually managed

Most companies have a bad experience with remote hiring for one reason: the person is hired and then left alone. No office, no supervision, no metrics, and then remote work itself takes the blame.

Our model is different. The team works from our offices in Jordan, on set hours, under a supervisor who is accountable to you for their output. Attendance is tracked, performance is measured daily, and the report reaches you without you asking.

In practice that gives you what an in-house team gives you (discipline, supervision, a work culture) at a Jordanian operating cost, with the flexibility to scale up or down monthly without the complications of direct employment.

What one seat includes

The price you pay covers all of the following. There are no hidden items that appear after signing.

The person

A selected, assessed employee trained on your product, with salary, benefits and insurance paid on our side.

The place

A seat in an equipped office, with backup power and internet and a disciplined working environment.

The tools

A machine, a professional headset, the core operating software and routine maintenance.

The supervision

A supervisor who runs the day, resolves issues and gives you a regular report on output.

The measurement

Daily, weekly and monthly metrics built on the actual role, not on generic templates.

The replacement

If the person is not right, we replace them under the agreed terms without rebuilding the process from scratch.

How it works

From request to a working team

A team of three to five people is typically operational within three to four weeks.

  1. 01

    We size the team

How many people, which roles, which working hours, and which metrics will define success.

  2. 02

    We hire and set up

Selecting the people and preparing seats, machines and connectivity before go-live day.

  3. 03

    We run a pilot

Two weeks under close monitoring to tune the procedures before full operation.

  4. 04

    We operate and scale

Full operation with regular reporting, and headcount increases on a monthly notice when you need them.

Why 4LeadGen

Why Jordan specifically

Same language, same time zone

Arabic-speaking staff working inside Gulf business hours, so there is no time gap and no language barrier with your customers.

A lower operating cost

The cost of a seat in Jordan is materially lower than the cost of the same role inside Saudi Arabia.

An educated talent market

Jordan produces large numbers of administrative and commercial graduates each year who work in both Arabic and English.

Operational continuity

Backup power and internet in the office, so an external outage does not stop your team.

Monthly flexibility

Add three seats in peak season and hand them back after, without long-term employment commitments.

Full management, not brokerage

We do not nominate people and walk away. We manage the team and stay accountable for output.

Measurement

These are the metrics we commit to measuring and reporting. Target levels are agreed in writing before work starts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Where does the team physically work?

From our offices in Jordan, not from home. That is a fundamental difference in discipline, supervision and connection quality, and it is a main reason the model works.

Does the team work Saudi hours?

Yes. The gap between Jordan and Saudi Arabia is only one hour, and we set the schedule to match your working hours fully, including your official working week.

Who employs the staff?

We do. The employee sits on our payroll in Jordan and we carry the salary, benefits and statutory obligations there. You contract with us for the service and the output, not for individuals.

How is our data kept confidential?

A signed confidentiality agreement at both company and individual level, need-based access to systems, and a ban on moving data outside the agreed tools.

What if one team member is not a fit?

You tell us, and we first address it with a short improvement plan. If that does not work, we replace the person under the agreed terms with no re-setup cost to you.

Build your Jordan team in weeks

Tell us the roles, the number of seats and the working hours, and we come back with an operating plan and a clear cost per seat.
