Business Development

New growth channels, not just new customers

Sales sells what exists. Business development opens what does not: a partner who reaches a whole market, a distributor who covers a region, or one key account that changes the size of your company.

  • A partner and key-account map built on research
  • Direct access to the decision maker, not a generic inbox
  • Field representation in the Saudi market when needed
Overview

When you need business development, not sales

If your product sells one customer at a time and you need more meetings, you need sales development. If a single deal could double your revenue, or entering a new market depends on a local partner, that is business development and it needs a completely different approach.

The difference is that volume does not help here. Reaching five hundred companies is meaningless if the market contains only twelve possible partners. The work becomes deep research, then a considered approach to each account individually, then patience while the relationship is built.

We run that track: we identify who the real players are, understand what matters to them, open the channel with the right person, and prepare a proposal that speaks to their interest rather than only yours.

How it works

How we open a new channel

This work is slower and deeper than sales. First results usually land between month two and month four.

  1. 01

    We map

Who the real players are in this market, how big each one is, and what they need.

  2. 02

    We build the offer

An offer built on the other side interest, because a partnership is not built on one side benefit.

  3. 03

    We open the channel

Direct access to the right person by the shortest route available, not through a generic form.

  4. 04

    We manage the relationship

Structured follow-up through to agreement, then an activation plan so the agreement does not stay on paper.

Why 4LeadGen

Why us on this file

Genuine proximity to the Saudi market

Saudi Arabia and the Gulf are our primary market, and we work in it daily rather than as an occasional project.

Execution capacity, not only brokerage

After opening the channel we can run the team that serves it, not just hand you a contact.

Research before approach

We do not contact a potential partner before we know what actually matters to them.

Organised patience

Key accounts take months. We follow them systematically instead of letting them fade after two emails.

Test before you invest

We test the market with a limited campaign before recommending an office or a full team.

A straight opinion

If the market or the partner is not right, we say so and save you effort and budget.

Measurement

What we measure here

0

days is the realistic cycle to a first result

0

to 20 target accounts per phase

0

meetings a month with target partners as a minimum

0

monthly status report per open account

These are the metrics we commit to measuring and reporting. Target levels are agreed in writing before work starts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from sales development?

Sales development runs on volume: hundreds of accounts and weekly meetings. Business development runs on depth: a limited number of accounts or partners, more work on each, and bigger but slower results.

Do you represent us in meetings inside Saudi Arabia?

We provide representation in introductory and exploratory meetings within an agreed scope. Signing and contractual commitments remain with your entity and its authorised representatives.

How are fees structured?

A monthly fee for a defined scope (number of target accounts and activity level). Models tied to a share of the deal are discussed case by case because they need clarity on attribution.

What if the market is not ready?

That is a valid outcome too. A report that clearly says "do not enter now, and here is why" is far cheaper than a year of expensive attempts.

Do you work with companies outside the Gulf?

Yes, and it is a common case: a European or Asian company entering the Saudi market that needs someone who understands the market, speaks its language and can execute on the ground.

Which channel do you want to open?

Tell us the market or the type of partner you are targeting, and we come back with an initial view on the size of the opportunity and the effort required.
