1. Who we are

4LeadGen is a Jordan-based provider of sales development, HR and recruitment, remote workforce, outsourcing, automation and consulting services for companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

The party responsible for data collected through this site is 4LeadGen, contactable at info@4leadgen.com.

2. The data we collect

Data you send yourself: name, work email, phone number, company name and website, sector, country and team size, and a description of your need. These are the fields in the contact form and we ask for nothing beyond them.

Newsletter subscription data: the email address only.

Basic technical data logged automatically at hosting level such as IP address and request time, used for server security and abuse prevention.

We do not request any sensitive data through this site, such as payment card details or national identity numbers.

3. Why we use this data

To reply to your request and prepare a proposal or arrange a call. That is the primary and only use of contact form data.

To send the newsletter if you explicitly subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To improve our service and understand the types of requests we receive, in aggregate form that does not identify an individual.

We do not use your data for any external advertising purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Sharing of data

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may pass through technical service providers we use to run the site and email, such as the hosting provider and the email provider, strictly to the extent needed to operate the service.

We may disclose data where a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority requires it.

5. Candidate data

If you apply as a job or training candidate, your CV and the associated data are treated as personal data.

This data is used to assess your application and match you with suitable opportunities with us or our clients, and is not shared with any client before you are informed.

You can ask for your data to be removed from the candidate database at any time by email.

6. Cookies

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party trackers for marketing purposes.

Basic technical files required by the hosting provider may be used for security and performance.

If we later add any analytics tool, we will update this page and state what it collects before enabling it.

7. Retention

We keep contact request data for as long as there is an existing or potential working relationship, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

We keep newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe.

You can request deletion of your data at any time and we will act within a reasonable period unless a legal obligation prevents it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to being contacted.

The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to request data is limited to the people on our team who need it to reply to you.
